How to Start…
If you think you may like to work with me then begin by filling in a contact form with your details. From there we can organise a time that is convenient for both of us to have an initial free, 20-minute consultation.
At the end of our chat, if you decide you would like to, we would look to book in two 50-minute assessment sessions in which we would begin to explore what brings you to therapy in more depth and see if the psychodynamic approach is the right one for you.
After these two sessions, we would then look to allocate the same time every week to have a 50-minute session on an open ended basis.

Session Types

Free
20 minutes
This free 20-minute consultation is our first point of contact. It would be over the phone or online and would be arranged at a time that suits both of us. It’s a time for you to explain a little more about what brings you to therapy and ask me any questions you may have.

50 minutes
£65 per session
The name ‘assessment session’ may sound daunting but it is all about assessing your needs, whether I can meet them and whether we would be a good fit for therapeutic work together. It is an opportunity to delve deeper into who you are and what you want from therapy as well as an opportunity for you to experience what therapy with me may be like. We would usually meet for two assessment sessions before agreeing to work together. At this stage there is no obligation for you to continue so it is a good way to try it out and see if you like it.

£65 per session
If you decide you would like to work with me after the initial two assessment sessions then we would agree a time to meet each week. Each 50 minute session, is your time to bring whatever you want for us to process, understand and explore together.
