About me…

As a psychodynamic therapist, I believe that gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves is key to unlocking the potential for lasting change. Psychodynamic therapy focuses on exploring the unconscious patterns, past experiences, and inner conflicts that shape our present thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. By bringing these patterns into conscious awareness, clients can develop greater insight, leading to a sense of agency and empowerment in their lives. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore these deeper aspects of yourself at your own pace.

I work with adults both in-person in Petersfield and London, as well as online, offering flexible options to suit your needs. A great way to get started is with a free 20-minute consultation, either by phone or online, where we can discuss your goals and determine if we would be a good fit. Following this, we would have two assessment sessions to explore why you are seeking therapy, whether the psychodynamic approach is right for you, and if I am the right therapist to support you on your journey. If we decide to work together, we would meet weekly for 50-minute sessions, providing you with the consistency and support necessary for lasting change.

I welcome individuals from all walks of life and am committed to offering a non-judgmental, inclusive space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward personal growth and transformation. Does this sound right for you? Take the next step and get in touch.
